If your card was issued with a BIN number 4121 or 529799, your balance is securely shown-up and displayed under your account.
In line with the recent directive from the Central Bank regarding the secure return of funds to the issuing institution, our team is carefully coordinating with relevant authorities and card issuers to ensure that the refund process is carried out safely and in full compliance with regulations.
We are currently finalizing the timeline and operational details of the refund procedure. Once confirmed, we will share an official update with full transparency.
You can review your card status and current balance anytime through the application.

Due to recent decisions by government authorities in Turkey, the services of certain card issuers have been temporarily restricted.
Please read HexaCard’s official statement for full details.
The current situation is entirely beyond the control of HexaCard and is the result of decisions made by government authorities.
We have no involvement in this process, and the recent restrictions have been implemented directly by the Government and the Central Bank of Turkey.
As seen in previous similar cases, once the governmental restrictions are lifted, all accounts and balances will be fully restored, and users will be able to continue using our services without any loss.
Please note that HexaCard has no direct access to user funds.
All balances are securely held in the official accounts of the issuing institutions.
Furthermore, all user data — including KYC information and transaction records — is safely stored and fully protected within HexaCard’s secure infrastructure, and is never shared with any third party under any circumstances.
We remind our users that, by registering and using our services, they have accepted HexaCard’s Terms and Conditions, which clearly outline responsibilities, limitations, and cooperation terms with card issuers.
